because phidelts soph pc was already small, and most of the kids are athletes so the dont care abt the frat, which resulted in them only having 5-6 guys that actually rushed kids which left them with 11 kids this year (unless more drop/jump ship). really shows how one bad year of rush can kill a frat and it sucks because phidelts junior and senior pcs are actually very good.
