For context, I am an international freshman rushing two of the three top international frats, and I'm a bit confused as to why Hall is seen as a "top" frat. Every Hall rush I talk to seems to prefer Theos, Castle, or Owls. They've also barely thrown this year, which is strange since I heard they were known for the darties. Could someone explain why Hall is still so popular? I've never been to an event so maybe I'm still a bit bias.
