They been lying to their rushes and telling them it’s not true lol but yes they can’t throw anything since a brother got merted at one of their events. Likely will lose most cross rushes, still have a PC around ~10 if they are lucky and throw well off campus though. But yeah any rushes with other bids they’ll almost certainly lose, no on campus events for 12 months is basically a death sentence for a frat.
