if youre going off rush, parties, and downtowns it should be: Owls/Apes Zete/Phidelt Zbt Owls and Zete have the best sorority relations out of t2 by far, but zete has been doing worse and worse in rush these last few years (castle takes all the internationals they want) and owls has zero downtowns.
