@4...these takes are awful what fckin greek life are you in? ZBT and Apes are equal in essence. I rushed both and ended up in neither...apes performs well in rush but get dogged by ZBT event. Fiji took the ZBT bottom feeders imo Owls is 100% top T2/bottom T1. Again, not sure what greek life you're in but it sure as hell is not bottom T2. Brunch is a top tier downtown alongside MG. And their srat relations blow delt/zbt/apes out of the water. Pool is literally ran by both but the general Penn population knows it as a Theos event... Also I think OP spelled it Pharm as a play on Phi Delt + Farm lol
