Here is my perspective on the consensus among freshman dudes and girls for how frats pan out. — Top: Pretty strict group of the top 8 frats that are regarded as sceney. Top and Low Top tiers usually cover these. Castle, Hall, Theos, Zete Delt, Apes, ZBT, Owls — Upper Middle: Big parties but these frats get the leftovers from the above 8 frats. Still respectable but they don’t have the srat relations or hype of the ones above.
