Castle/Theos Phidelt, Hall Zete, Apes/SAE/ZBT/Owls Castle & theos have not been nearly impressive enough this year to warrant their own tier. Theos has had multiple events totally flop and Castle is in constant trouble with the school. Both have drastically underperformed. I hope MG is fun for Castle's sake (it will be), & I hope woodser is good this sem too (we'll see). Phidelt has picked up some much needed momentum with their new pc and has become scenier than it was historically. After previously bad PCs, they needed this. Hall is stale and def falling after their most recent PC. Darties will only get them so far. Zete is also stale and never does anything besides an occasional thursday latenight. The year that they are having doesn't warrant them being above the other frats on their line. The next 4 could be in any order depending on who you ask tbh. Apes had solid momentum early but has definitely slowed down and seemingly lost some luster. They struggle with being seen as the NJB version of theos. SAE's events have been somewhat hit or miss. They need to worry abt quality over quantity. We'll see how the HOCO darty is this year. ZBT is in constant trouble w/ the school and needed that downtown last week. Friday beers def kept them in relevance considering they haven't been able to throw in their chapter house. Lets hope ZBTahiti is good. Owls has def been rebuilding their rep as of late. Their latenights have been packed & they are def the best performing international frat right now. It will be interesting to see of this pays of in rush. Rest of frats have been straggling behind these frats. Rush can probably bump any of the frats above up or down a line imo. New PCs are a long ways away though, and now is the time in the year where everyone starts turning up the heat event-wise. We'll see how the rest of the semester goes.
