SceneyGirl is back. What a time to be alive. Homecoming and Halloween are upon us. So are midterms. Nonetheless, let's see how our frat friends have been shaping up. T1: Top Theos/Castle T2: Low-Top PhiDelt/Hall Zete Owls Apes/ZBT SAE -- Downtown Dropoff -- T3: Upper Mid Sig Chi Fiji/Phi Sammy Beta T4: Middle AEpi Elmos KSig -- Relevancy -- T5: Lower Mid SigNu TEP, SigEp DKE Crows T6: Bottom Pike Phi Psi Lambda KA ATO etc. Now for the fun part: SceneyGirl Analysis! So apparently frats are getting VERY cute and chippy these days! Theos scheduling a downtown the same night as Friday Beers that failed? Yikes! Now they are doing it again with Magic Hardens? Yikes x2! Or will it be yikes? Who knows. Anywho, Castle and Theos can fight for "top frat" status- no one really cares. Castle's dear little OFSL beef gives Theos the edge right now though. Our fun T2 frats are really duking it out recently for different positions. Phi Delt's inclusion on Friday Beers is always a bonus; they also have Halloween with Theos on the calendar. Holding steady Delt! Hall has been quiet but their homecoming darty is destined to be a good one. Zete has also been quiet. Every night can't be Thursday I guess? I am inclined to say Owls will pass them in due time, especially if this scheme they are running with Theos on Friday Beers night pans out (iykyk). Owls has really been a star recently and those lines for their late nights only seem to be getting longer. ZBT gets a bonus point due to Friday Beers; a good night and much-needed redemption after that NSO flop (we didn't forget). I don't have them quite as high as other frats yet but Apes level should be fine for now given Apes' recent quietness. SAE rounds out this group; Discolines couldn't quite match Beers, but good effort Noble Lions. Main takeaways though: Phi Delt and Owls are the top performers. With that being said, a massive head-to-head darty weekend will cause some further movement in this group. Phi Delt, Hall, Theos, Owls, Zete, and SAE will all have something of an event this weekend. Castle and ZBT get a pass with Tahiti scheduled for Thursday and MG on Friday. But Apes. what's going on recently? Give the people want they want and run Apes Deck! Moving on to the last bits of relevancy we have Sig Chi, Fiji, and Phi. A bit quiet recently from you three huh? I don't see this weekend helping your case. With Backlot and SigChi throwing at the same time as some big names like Theos Delt Hall and Owls, I just don't see how this will be a successful weekend for the T3s. Heard AEpi has been fun recently though!
