They were t1 for a long time by default and their history of being a good house. But some people think they aren’t as active, and have been sliding a bit with their pledge classes. They wait until rush to post that because the other houses get very competitive and are trying desperately to move up to t1. That doesn’t mean you should avoid hall. Slipping from t1 to somewhere in t2 isn’t a big deal. Their pc will still have a great time with great guys.
