Why are there proportionally way less poc boys in Greek life compared to poc girls? Like there are no reasonably diverse Frats here (within the context that more than 50% of Penn is non-white) with the exception of like a couple. I actually am asking because I was thinking Penn Frats would be highly diverse since I was used to Vanderbilt, the college near my hometown, which is criminally non-diverse when it comes to Greek life. But tbh Penn Frats are barely better. Srats have done a better job but they seem to reward the non-diverse Frats.
