I'm a sophomore in gl. I very occasionally hear this name "Hall" or "St. A's" but by far haven't gotten a good read about who this small group is. I hear they were dominant years ago but most of the time I hear about em, it's disparagingly or laughably- Like they are a bunch of upper middle class momma's boys who pretend they are self made billionaires but in reality wouldn't have gotten into Penn without legacy... Anyways- What is this group and why do they still exist?
