ZBT literally is falling apart. They are losing houses, werent able to find the 10 person minimum to open chouse, and had to kick kids out for saying the N word to rushes. Not to mention they and phi delt are on heavy probation with penn. sae has a great pc this year even though they lost kids a lot of their rushes last year, Fiji should go down a bit I agree but they have been slowly trending up for a few years now. Fiji even had their first oax mixer last year LMAO (I hear there will not be a second).
