Nah its dead for sure. The effects wont really be seen until a few years in the future. Once the class of 2021 graduates, membership will be down by a significant amount which already was the case with the class of 2020 graduating and rush sort of not happening fully last year. Coupled with the fact that PCs this semester were basically nonexistent will lead to lowerclassmen in leadership positions next year and the year after having to take full responsibility for the frat's business. I just cant see frats with less than 20 people going into next year being able to pull off rush and get large PCs due to lack of experience of even being on Penn's campus as well as those 20 people all being motivated enough to pull it off and demonstrate leadership.
