This is heavy cap. Plenty of frats got PCs, you just had to stretch yourself during rush. The Uni not allowing sophs to living in Greek housing is certainly a blow, but Greek Life will be fine. You'll see more sophs rushing and then living in the house as juniors for sure. Some frats are definitely going to go under, but that's just better for those who are rushing hard and staying relevant.
