First of all, don’t rush a place for its house lol. Terrible way to go about rush - for both parties involved. Class of 2024 onwards no sophs can live in frat houses or any off campus houses. Most houses on locust are very nice, some of the ones on spruce are ok, walnut street houses are kinda ass.
