Greek life is so dominant on Penn, it takes up half of Locust Walk. But many of these frats: Phi Delt, Ksig, A's, (ATO) make no effort or actively prevent poc recruitment. Imagine being a poc walking down campus knowing you probably wouldn't be let into a third of the buildings on locust walk. We think we're so far from the 60's, but what goes on on campus with greek life sounds eerily similar to then. Of course some frats are trying, but there's still a long, long, long ways to go.
