you are a geed. leave. but also to answer your question, the Penn network is really strong in it of itself- after working for a couple years, you can literally get your second job just with the Penn connection, and if you are moving from IB to PE/VC then Wharton connection is even stronger. any additional benefit from your frat/srat is negligible. if you do grad school instead of getting a job, Penn connection also helps to convince industry that you can work well once you graduate
