People kept telling me that one benefit of joining a frat would be the networks I'd gain out of college. I'm gonna graduate soon, and all the close friends in my fraternity are interested in completely different careers/industries. And I can't imagine in the future giving preference to a younger member of the chapter I never knew just cause they were also in the frat. Looking at where people are going full-time, it seems like GDIs are doing just as well if not better when it comes to recruiting for top consulting or IB firms. So is there really that much of a networking benefit from being in greek life?
