Nothing surprising there. Phi Delt has consistently made little to no effort in having a diverse class. Some might even say they've gone out of their way to make sure their classes don't have diversity. I'm happy to see frats like Theos, Phi, and Fiji at least making attempts to pledge diverse classes but there's still a lot of work to be done. While we might one day get racial diversity in frats, I wonder if top frats can ever achieve socioeconomic diversity.
