Subject:
Srats - trending up vs. down

Poster Message:
Tier 1: (not necessarily in ordered) Theta - trending down : been overlapping more and more with SDT. the sorority has gone too extreme with jappy girls from LA/nyc and internationals that they are missing all the chill girls that fall in between tridelt - trending up: Been stealing girls from tabard and top rushes from oax with the usual theta overlap. very much diversifying away from the waspy stereotype of the past Tabard- Trending into the shadows: It pulls from the same kind of wealthy/aloof girls but instead of past PCs which had a larger presence with frats/ overlap with other srats, tabard has recently gotten more and more isolated to the point of being kind of forgotten Tier 1.5: Oax: Kind of the same tbh, slightly up - still seen as a great top sorority but since its off campus it will always be in a league of its own making it hard to compare. used to overlap with chi-o and Sdt more but now overlaps with tridelt/aphi more Aphi - trending up - shocking how much the vibes have changed in the past few years. Went from being kind of a joke due to being put on social probation to pulling great underclassmen PCs. Still not seen as top tier since they don't mix with top frats as much and don't have the same strong relationships but solid group of girls Tier 2: SDT - same-ish, slightly down: now that theta has been overlapping with them more girls who would have been great stars in the srat are lost to theta or a-phi. Still a great sisterhood if not stronger just less of a social presence. Chi-O - trending down : always known for taking more artsy/alt girls who arent the traditional sorority type but now it seems like the members are less involved in the overall greek scene. Still genuinely cool girls but a lot less traditionally greek Tier 2.5 SK- trending slightly down - these girls are great but prioritize school work/other commitments like clubs more than the sorority and social circle it provides.Nothing necessarily wrong with that but not the strongest sisterhood and not as much benefits Tier 3: ZTA - trending up - sisterhood is def getting stronger and that shows and appeals to rushes. Its really hard since there is a big jump between tier 2 and 3 so zta is a bit forever stuck at the bottom in terms of perceived desirability to be a member which honestly should change because its a supportive strong sisterhood adpi- trending down - really struggling to keep numbers high and hold on to their chapter house. This past year they didn't take a new PC from what I've heard not positive \n\n\n\n\n
