Tier 1 is Theos, Oz, Phi Delt, Hall without a question Theos: nobody really likes each other but are in it for the name. throw dope parties but not as much this year. Last pledge class was a lot of snap bids after many people didn't take their bids Oz: really strong brotherhood. Doesn't care about their look. Really solid pledge class last year after a weaker one prior and parties have been good this year Phi Delt: more athletic, dope kids. Have strong relations with Oz and throw a lot of 4 way mixers/darties with them Tri delt and theta Hall: usually cool group of guys, more sceney version of phi delt, their last class was atrocious tho and parties have not been great
