Depends on what you're looking for. If all of your friends are definitely gonna be in high tier sororities and you only go to/ have friends in top tier frats then you might want to drop out of rush. Personally, I have found that "bottom tier" sororities have the most genuine friendships, which was what I was looking for in a sorority. There is a wide range of people in every sorority and you will find people you click with. Another thing to consider is that second semester freshman year is very different than first semester. The people who don't join a sorority often feel like they don't have much of a social life because all of their friends have made new friends and are constantly going to mixers./downtowns with their sorority. So I would "trust the process" if I were you but also a sorority is a lot of money and if you wouldn't feel comfortable in the sororities you have left then dropping out makes sense.
