As a freshman, this is my honest review of the fraternity system at the University of Pennsylvania. I was rushing Theos for most of the fall but I got cut. Now I'm rushing TEP, Crows, and Sammy. I've decided that these three frats are BY FAR the top tier here at Penn WITHOUT QUESTION. Does anyone have any advice as to which frat I should choose? I basically already have bids from As, Phi delt and Oz, but their parties are NOTHING compared to TEP, Crows, Sammy, or even Skulls late nights.
