Not in Oz. Here's an explanation for people who are a little slower. Ozzy Osbourne is a musical artist who has a song called, No More Tears. This list doesn't have tiers so the post was a play on words. It's hard to keep up, I know. No one in Oz is dumb enough to actually post as Ozzy Osbourne. The Castle response to this post and the Oz reply are hilarious though.
