Theos and A's throw better parties and get slightly hotter girls, but have bigger egos, and less brotherhood (they often hate most the kids in their fraternity). Oz and Phi Delt are cooler kids by normal standards (not "Penn cool") who actually like each other and are much more genuine but they are less wealthy and throw worse parties.
