this is pretty absurd. there's a lot of bs on greek rank, but this surpasses much of what's posted on this site. consider: this year phi delt and oz put together were able to get around 18 kids to join, 9 for phi delt and 7-9 for oz. fact: they lost kids to other houses, not many people wanted to join their fraternities. it's pretty ridiculous call phi delt and oz "top tier" when they can't put together a pledge class, when they consistently lose rushes to other houses, and especially when they don't party. seriously, when was the last time either of these houses threw a banger? this proves that much of the "top tier" of greek rank is an inaccurate representation of social life at Penn, and that these houses are on the decline. honestly, it's pretty sad to see so many supposedly smart people lying to themselves. have some self respect
