oz theos owls As and castle have the most/best parties. first three are off campus. both on and off campus have been cracked down on lately, leading to on campus having to register parties and off campus getting parties broken up all the time so it kind of evens out. not sure what other on campus frats like phi delt and beta do for parties but those 5 above are the ones that are considered the best parties. hope this helps
