No. Saying Sammy is top tier is absurd, you don't mix with a sorority once and then instantly become substantially better. They are getting better though. The kids I know in Sammy are really good guys and their new PC is pretty solid. Makes sense that they're starting to mix with "better" sororities, and it seems like they're going in the right direction
