"Stepping it up" means stepping it up. Obviously. There are some women that have become much more involved on campus (Lizzy Shay anyone?), Panhel is doing a great job, women within some houses are definitely more involved in a POSITIVE way than other houses. Didn't know I had to cite a list of examples.
