Updated 2023 Tiers: Top- KKG, APhi,PiPhi Upper Mid- DG, GPhi, AOPi Lower Mid- AXO, XO, AGD Low- PM, Theta No need for explaining on the top tier as it's pretty consistent with previous rankings. I split the middle tiers into upper and lower... Gphi and AOpi did well with recruiting this past yr so they earned a spot in the upper. AXO was weaker in recruitment and there was a bit of a scandal this year and their nationals had to get involved... i think ppl dropped too idk. XO is kinda a tossup; i think they will recruit well but I also heard one of their exec dropped so could be headed towards lower. AGD, PM and Theta no need for explaining... consistently towards lower. comment thoughts on this i guess
