SAE, Sig Ep, Phi Psi, & PIKE are only considered "top houses" because they have a lot of members. Those chapters also give out bids like water, so of course they have a big houses! Chi Psi is the house that people should be looking out for. They're back on IFC and their current members have done an insane amount to repair the damage that was done by the guys who graduated. Kappa Sigma is the Natty Lite of frats...seriously, they were never on the rise. Same goes for ADPhi and DKE. Sigma Chi is a large house who actually has quality members who are a lot of fun and great guys. Beta is full of good guys, but they're not exactly the most fun. Delta Chi could be an okay house if they would get over their sickening obsession with one specific sorority and actually get to know a could others. Sigma Nu is also a lot of fun and they have some great guys who know how to balance having an awesome social life and still maintaining their responsibilities. Same goes for Phi Sigma Kappa
