Do you think IFC gets to arbitrarily punish fraternities for events that happened a year earlier? The University knew about the incident a year before everybody else and kicked the kid out. If they thought the Sig Ep needed punishment they would have done it then. If you think IFC even has the power to do that, you need to learn about what IFC is.
