Quota isn't decided until pref night and generally it's the number of PNMs signing bid agreements and how many sororities there participating in rush. So, for example let's say 750 PNMs sign their bid agreements after pref night and there are 15 CPC sororities, so that would mean quota would be 50 for each sorority (this is a very generalized explanation). Also, total isn't decided until after recruitment so you really don't have to worry about it factoring into quota. It's hard to go through recruitment and not get a bid. If you maximize your options and keep an open mind, you're basically guaranteed a bid. Getting cross cut during bid matching is super rare and CPC looks out for that.
