Huh... Looks like my original comment got removed. Here we go again: It's NOT normal to rank women based soley on looks. We have values based recruitment for a reason, the recruitment style described in the ost OP is reffering to is wrong, goes agains NPC values, and plays into stereotypes our organizations fight everyday. Doesn't it hurt to get ranked by your own sisters? Told you aren't good enough to recruit? Seeing a woman you know is amazing get turned away because nationals doesn8think she has the right look? That doesn't seem like any sisterhood I would want to be a part of.
