You are missing the whole point, anyone has the right to believe their chapter is great. To that PNM are going to ge on here to make their decision shows you are paranoid. Everyone has different markers for their rank preference. Just because someone does not agree with your rank "formula" does not mean they are being dishonest. That make you look crazy. Just stop it. No matte who post what someone gets the short end of the stick. Why should your "truth" have to be anyone else's. We all come from different places and want different things. I am not going to post where my chapter supposedly ranks because I do not care what you think of me. That is being self confident. What chaps me is listing all 11 chapters in your order as truth. Saying someone is in the bottom is hateful. That makes anyone who does that just as bad as the comments that someone did not think XYZ had a good recruitment. Look in the mirror and quit acting like a baby.
