Kappa hasn't placed in much either. Every house has girls that may look like scoobs because every house takes girls for various reasons including legacies, best friends, and girls that amazing for something besides looks. While Gamma Phi may not be top 3, I agree that they are definitely head and shoulders above the ones Tiers has as its second tier - Pi Phi and XO. I'd move them to the bottom of the top tier. And no I'm not in GPB, PBP, or XO.
