Really there are a clear top 4. Theta, Kappa, Tri Delt, and G Phi are the clear winners after this year's recruitment. The next tier has Chi O and Pi Phi. They have both slipped over the past few years. I agree that Chi O did better than Pi Phi this year, but their both less desirable than the top 4. The bottom tier is DG and the Alphas. They all have serious problems with behavior, grades, and or looks. DG and Alpha Phi are at the top and AGD could be said to be in a separate category, but none of them are very highly desired.
