You are writing inaccurate things. The top houses do not spring recruit. They are not allowed too. All houses can take quota during fall recruitment,( which does not have anything to do with snap bids, I think you are the person who is always posting this, look up the definition, it doesn't apply at OU) if a house has 250 girls as fall recruitment begins and quota is 80, the house can take quota. If house total is 300 then these sought after houses will go over total by 30 girls. Houses over house total are not allowed to spring recruit. Their houses would continue to get larger than than other houses. Panhellenic doesn't want this to happen; it tries to strengthen all Greek houses. I do not know why you seem to be so bitter about spring recruitment. It gives houses not at house total a chance to get more members and takes the houses at total and above out of the competition. I do not represent chi omega but I do know their membership is currently well above 300 ( all house membership is public record). I only mention that house because you seem to slander it as often as you can without factual information. I also know all the top houses at OU are above house total, again it's public record.
