Some Pi Phis made some regrettable decisions lately, but I don't think they can ever be knocked out of the top four. It's always going to be KAT, DDD, PBP and KKG in varying order year after year. It's also hard to say XO isn't always in the top 5. (Please don't get in a XO hate rant, I'm not XO, I'm just stating my opinion.)
