Someone needs to tell the Pi Phis to simmer down. They listed themselves first in their original comment and started the weird post about elite universities having the best girls. There is no such thing as a national reputation and while Pi Phis may think they're joining a top house and that's why they accept the bid, I agree that most girls look for the house that matches them in personality, not the highest in greek rank ranking.
