Top houses don't snap bid every year. ChiO has been the ONLY house to give snaps 4 years in a row!!!!! That is bottom tier ChiO. From someone that isn't a GPB or ChiO... Truth GPB is #5 house at OU. Lower top or upper middle but definitely ahead of ChiO.
