the top are obviously KKG, PBP,DDD, and Theta. Now for what is the best out of these is up in the air and mainly preferance. Now Kappa theta and Pi phi have traditionally always been "top" and even have a longstanding senior party together. However, in the last 10 years tri delt has definitely surged and reached their level- if not surpass them. from there it is Chi O and Gphi is NOT close to chi O from there idk DG,Gphi,AXo are =? and A phi right behind then big drop to A o Pi and then sadly there is AGD- they have some nice girls though
