Alpha Phi's house is still the second largest sorority house in the nation (29,000 sq ft). It was the biggest when it was built though. The largest now is the AOII house at Arkansas ( more than30,000 sq ft) and the DDD house at Ole Miss is the third largest. In a year or so, it will go down more. At Alabama they're building a new DG (which will be 34,400) and DDD house (40,000).
