A house not at house total can take quota additions. Quota additions are girls that did not match with either house they had on pref night. The houses from her pref night are then asked if they will pledge her as an addition to quota. It is extremely rare a top house can take a quota addition but it does happens. This is the reason snap vids do not happen at OU. It's just not the system OU uses. They match all the girls maximizing their options on pref night.
