They are paranoid and insecure. They can't recruit well. DDD is taking all the top and middle house left overs so they've turned to greekrank for recruitment. House hasn't recruited well in many years. Look at their girls and talk to their girls day one of recruitment. It's pretty crystal clear tgey don't do well recruiting.
