They do have awards at UT. This past year ADPi received the award. Unfortunately they are not recognized as top tier. It is strictly based on UT Greek members opinion. I wonder 15 years ago how in the world did we answer this question. These awards could not be "the indicator". Everyone has a different set of criteria. This is your and that is fine. There are many who value different things.
