As a true all-american frat daddy from the U of Oklahoma, I am well qualified to make judgments on the rankings of sororities being those of who are the top, middle, and lower tier. I, as well as any other frat daddy who has a social life, would indeed agree, but then again you wouldn't be a frat daddy if you didn't have a social life.
