Not so. Honestly Beta,SigEp, and Lambda are great too houses. Fiji is considered a top house too but they party more and are involved less. SAE is gone, it was considered a top house but a party house too. All the girls love Delt. Houses want to partner with DU. Sigma Chi is doing much better and a great non IFC house is BYX.
