Top Houses are the houses that get the best girls. Kappa gets top girls. I know one middle house finally won a couple competitions this year and keeps begging people on greekrank to think they are a top house. That action alone shows what they really are. Not to minimize winning it is great. If a top house wins things during the year that's great for their recruitment because they can use it to take girls from the other top competitor houses. If a middle or low tier house wins something that's great for them. It just doesn't have the same effect because girls would rather get in a top house than a lower house that finally won something the year before. Top houses are houses most girls hope to receive a bid from going into recruitment. Top houses are filled with girls that just have that little something extra. You can't buy it much less win it; you are born with it. That's why top houses stay top houses. They have the girls everyone envies. So Kappa will always be a top house at OU it doesn't matter if they win or lose, do well in grades or not, or face any type of issue. I only mention Kappa by name because you specifically asked about Kappa. All top houses get the best girls everyone knows it whether they are honest in this site or not. Top houses don't have to try harder because they have nothing to prove.
