Kappa and DDD have sleeping porches so girls sleep in rooms all together not their own bedrooms. Theta doesn't live in until junior year while all the other sororities and feats live in sophomore year. Chi Omega doesn't initiate until the first of the spring semester and if you don't make grades you won't be initiated until you do which at that point is nearly a year after you pledge. Pi Phi doesn't do any of the above mentioned things. Most girls don't mind these things because these are the hardest houses to pledge but this is the price you pay if a "top" house is important to you.
